Sicily's Ancient Heritage
Trinacria Trinacria, the ancient name of Sicily, meaning "three-pointed," reflects the island's unique triangular shape, marked by the stunning endpoints: Cape Peloro, Cape Passero, and Cape Lilibeo. This term not only highlights Sicily's geographical beauty but also symbolizes its rich culture and history. The name Trinacria also represents a symbol that embodies Sicily and its culture, intertwining the past with the vibrant life of present-day Sicily that we bring to our dishes at Vulcano Etna.
